Head Brewer
Hannah is the fearless leader of all things beer at both the Mason Jar Lager Company and Tap Station Breweries. In addition to managing the production team, she designs most of the beers on our beer list from funky sours all the way to the darkest stouts. But that’s not all, Hannah is our resident artist. You can see her work on our newest can labels and, if you look closely, you can locate her artistic genius throughout both breweries.

Ian
Lead Brewer, TapStation
Ian is our lead brewer at the Tap Station Brewery where he takes bags of grain and converts them into amazing beers with a little help from our single celled yeast friends. He brings years of experience to produce high end craft beer for everyone’s enjoyment. As an avid race fan, Ian is working diligently to convince the NC Brewers Association that a brewery forklift racing series needs to happen.
Lead Brewer, Mason Jar
Dennis is the lead brewer at Mason Jar Lager Company brewing the lagers and the occasional ales that everyone has grown to love. At the brewery, he is a delight to both coworkers and customers with his vast repertoire of useless information and slightly deranged sense of humor. If you spend enough time around him you will undoubtedly witness his creative side starting with the phrase “I have a new, good, bad idea.”

This is Burke, not to be confused with the Berk from “How to Train Your Dragon”. They are completely different. For our loyal patrons, Burke needs no introduction. If you don’t know him you will be impressed from the start. Brewing beer is important but getting it into the hands of our valued and thirsty customers is more important. Burke sees to that. He runs the Mason Jar Lager Co. taproom overseeing a team of friendly and awesome beerslingers making sure that everyone has an amazing experience.

Maggie and I have always shared the same passion for hosting friends and family around our table. Nothing makes us happier than a dining room full of people enjoying a delicious meal together… and of course mason jars full of their favorite beverage.
